Mark is an energetic, visionary leader with 25+ years' experience across multiple industries. A solutions-driven strategist with a proven track record in establishing ground-breaking businesses, he prides himself on building effective multinational teams from the ground up, developing creative solutions while maximising commercial outcomes to meet customer needs. Mark holds a Bachelor of Laws from Charles Darwin University.
Rod is the former President of St Kilda Football Club (2000 to 2007), where he led the team that turned the club from a chronic underperformer on and off the field to a position of financial strength and a regular finals contender. As an entrepreneur, he has been behind many market-leading recruitment brands including Icon, Ambit, Ajilon and Phoenix.
With 15+ years experience, Kyle has a proven record of delivering innovative technology solutions at both enterprise and start-up level. A senior leader, he has led high-performing teams at NAB, Origin Energy and Accenture, as well as leading his own prop-tech start-up. Kyle has a passion for human-centred design and lean methodologies, excelling at understanding user needs and delivering impactful solutions that people really want.

Kieran is a senior manager with finance origins and significant experience leading dynamic companies through large-scale growth and expansion. He has demonstrable expertise in leading commercial strategies to facilitate long-term growth and success. Kieran is motivated by working with founders and teams to shepherd them through the challenges of growth.

Stephen is a passionate leader with 20+ years' experience in sales, operations and commercial management roles. These skills vary across FMCG and other industries (Grocery, Pharmacy and Liquor) Steve has extensive experience selling into both B&M retail environments, online channels, both on and offshore in varying markets.

Having spent two decades in branding, marketing and events, Maria brings a wealth of knowledge, contacts and professional experience. She is passionate about brands and working with marketing teams to ensure training not only reflects core brand values, but also forms a growing contributor to the brand's marketing mix.

Melissa is a senior content leader and producer within the realms of B2C and B2B, and is passionate about driving results for brands with high-quality, engaging content. Melissa brings over 15 years of experience in scalable content production for TV, radio and digital across both Europe and Australia.

Andrew is an experienced CX manager and creative strategist with a proven background in e-commerce, B2B, retail and the media production industry. He has a strong professional mix of marketing, communications, and customer experience (CX) and support skills, and graduated with a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Directing from the National Institute of Dramatic Art.
Head of Delivery
With a background in investment banking, Sam has advised companies on acquisitions, divestments and capital raising across a range of sectors. He also has experience across supply chain management, entrepreneurship and project management. With an academic background in finance and mechanical engineering, Sam has a keen interest in technology and data, with a user-centric approach to solving complex problems.
Account & CX Manager
Adrian has over 8 years of SaaS experience across senior account management and sales roles. He has a passion for data analysis and dashboards to help teams stay on track with their collective goals. Adrian loves problem-solving and has a very hands-on approach. In his spare time, you'll find him on the tennis court or playing with his two sons at the beach.
Dr. Mathew Knowles, PhD
Dr. Mathew Knowles is the architect behind the careers of his daughters Beyoncé and Solange, as well as supergroup Destiny's Child. He holds a PhD in Business Administration.
Steven is a non-executive director, independent board advisor and business owner with two decades of board-level experience across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors — specifically in the health, finance (private equity), FMCG, manufacturing, retail and sports industries.
Simon’s professional experience includes working in management consulting, regional leadership and general management across Europe, the US and Australia.
Dr. David Isaacson combines business analysis, technical expertise and IT systems to achieve organisational goals. He is a a professional learning designer who specialises in the application of Cognitive Load Theory (CLT) in education design.
Experienced in international commodities trading, supply chain and production, Ryan is former CEO of Awano Food Group with $300m annual revenue and global offices throughout Asia, Europe and the US. He is currently at Agape Capital focused on food tech / agritech / clean energy investments, with 15 portfolio companies including JUST, Eclipse Foods and Apollo Aquaculture (Temasak).
Ravi is a prominent name in the business of sports, entertainment and media in India. According to BusinessWorld, he has been named a pioneer in India's sports management business, helping global sports and media group IMG find a foothold there back in 1995.
A trusted advisor to business owners, family offices and institutional investors, David has approximately 20 years' experience advising on mergers, acquisitions and divestments, capital raising and restructuring transactions. He has international knowledge spanning Australia, Europe and Asia.
