1. Introduction
1.1. frntlne is a micro-education and certification platform that delivers education modules to retail staff (“Services”).
1.2. The frntlne website, web app, and mobile device app (together, the “App”) is owned and operated by frntlne Pty Ltd ACN 630 578 004 (“frntlne”). Access to and use of the frntlne website or App or any of its associated Product or Services is provided by frntlne.
1.3. Please read these terms and conditions (the “Terms”) carefully. By using this website, the App, or using our Services, this signifies you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must cease usage of this website, the App, or any of the Services immediately.

2. Change and Review
We reserve the right to review and change any of the Terms by updating this page at our sole discretion. When we update the Terms, we will use reasonable endeavors to provide you with notice of updates to the Terms. Any changes to the Terms take immediate effect from the date of their publication. Before you continue, we recommend you keep a copy of the Terms for your records.

3. Acceptance of the Terms
You accept the Terms by remaining on this website or continuing to use the App or our Services. You may also accept the Terms by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms where this option is made available to you.

4. Single Account Requirement
Each individual is permitted to create and maintain only one account on the frntlne platform. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are not creating more than one account.

5. Employment Verification and Notification
You are required to provide accurate and current information regarding your employer at the time of registration. You must be employed by the workplace you provide and remain so during your participation in frntlne Services. In addition, you must immediately notify frntlne if your employment status or work circumstances change in any way that may affect your eligibility to receive rewards or access the Services. Failure to provide timely updates may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any accrued rewards.

6. Fraudulent Activity
Any attempt to create additional accounts, falsify personal information, or otherwise manipulate the registration, verification, or rewards processes (including, but not limited to, the unauthorized creation of multiple accounts) is considered fraudulent activity. Such actions undermine the integrity of the frntlne Services.

7. Consequences
frntlne reserves the right to:
- Immediately suspend or permanently terminate any accounts found to be in violation of this clause;
- Forfeit any rewards, incentives, or donations accrued through fraudulent activity or non-compliance with the employment verification requirement;
- Take legal action against individuals engaging in such practices, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Remuneration
Some frntlne courses will, upon completion, entitle you to receive a donation gift from frntlne, the amount of which (if any) will be specified for each individual course. You will only be able to claim any donations for course completion if your account has been verified by frntlne, as specified below. Only those courses fully completed will entitle you to the donation.

9. Donations
You will be allocated the donation only after completing the course offered to you and completing the verification process described below. You must withdraw the donations in your account within 90 days of them appearing in your account (i.e., by successful completion of a course and successful verification). You will be able to withdraw your donation into a bank account. You are able to partially withdraw available donations from your account. Any donations in your account that have not been withdrawn within 90 days of appearing in your account will be forfeited and retained by frntlne.

10. Educational Materials
Courses will be delivered to you on an invite-only basis, and frntlne will have absolute discretion as to which participants will be offered courses.

11. Verification
The verification process involves verifying your continued employment status with the retailer indicated in your user profile in the role or position indicated. Once your account has been verified, you will be approved to withdraw donations from your user account. If you do not verify your account within 90 days of completing a course, you will not be eligible to claim payment for that course.

12. Copyright and Intellectual Property
The Website, the App, the Services, and all of the related Educational Materials are the intellectual property of frntlne, and protected by intellectual property and copyright laws. Nothing in these Terms is to be taken as a transfer of, waiver of, or license grant in the intellectual property of frntlne.

13. Privacy
By accepting these Terms, you agree to accept our Privacy Policy. We take your privacy seriously and any information provided through your use of the Website, the App and/or Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

14. Indemnity
Subject to this clause, and to the extent permitted by law:
14.1. All terms, guarantees, warranties, representations, or conditions which are not expressly stated in the Terms are excluded; and
14.2. We will not be liable for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage (unless such loss or damage is reasonably foreseeable resulting from our failure to meet an applicable Consumer Guarantee), loss of profit or opportunity, or damage to goodwill arising out of or in connection with these Services or these Terms (including as a result of not being able to use the Services or the late supply of the Services) whether at common law, under contract, tort (including negligence), in equity pursuant to statute or otherwise.

15. Education Services
15.1. By using our services, you agree that we are not to be held liable for any decisions that you make based on any of our Services or guidance and any consequences as a result, are your own. Under no circumstances can you hold us liable for any actions you take nor can you hold us or any of our employees liable for any loss or costs incurred by you as a result of any guidance, advice, coaching, materials, or techniques.
15.2. All our information on both the website and in consultations is intended to assist you and does not in any way, nor is it intended to substitute professional, financial, or legal advice. Results are not guaranteed and we take no responsibility for your actions, choices, or decisions.

16. Your Participation
Your use of the frntlne website and App is as a voluntary participant. You are not providing any services to frntlne and are not engaged in any capacity. No employment or contractor relationship exists or will exist between you and frntlne.

17. Termination
17.1. The Terms will continue to apply while you continue to use the frntlne website, App, or our Services.
17.2. If you want to terminate the Terms, you may do so by closing your user account.

18. Governing Law
The Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and frntlne irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
